Boyhan welcomes Sheridan’s Annual Irish Artisan Food Festival
Independent Senator, Victor Boyhan, has today (Tuesday) welcomed the announcement of the seventh Annual Irish Artisan Food Festival by Sheridans. This festival will take place on Sunday 29 May 2016, from 10am to 6pm at Pottlereagh Co. Meath.
“The festival showcases products which have been developed in partnership with Irish food producers. It includes ninety food stalls where people can buy and sample products and meet the producers.
“All stalls at the festival will have food that is made in Ireland, is of great quality and the people behind the stalls are the people who made the food.
“Many varieties of food and drink can be sampled including: farmhouse cheeses, home-baked desserts, wild food preserves, locally milled flour, cured meat and cider.
“I am committed to supporting and promoting the Irish artisan food sector which supports many Irish jobs. I commend this food festival to you, which promises to be a great family day out.”
