Welcome to Senator Victor Boyhan's website

Victor Boyhan is an Irish Senator. He was elected on to the Agricultural Panel in 2016, and is the first independent Senator to be elected to a Vocational Panel, and not nominated by the Taoiseach or elected to one of the two University constituencies. He is a former member of Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council.

Senator Victor Boyhan is a regular contributor to Seanad Eireann debates.

He specialises in areas of concern to local councillors, local government and local enterprise.

He believes in transparency, openness and social justice.

He has taken an interest in the issue of refugees and the homelessness problem.

Senator Says Dun Laoghaire Cruise Ship Plans 'Not Dead in the Water Yet'

In a further twist in the long running proposed cruise Line berth at Dun Laoghaire Harbour, An Bord Pleanála has written to Dun Laoghaire Harbour Company this week requesting them to furnish further information in relation to the effects on the environment of the proposed development. The board is also seeking further technical and scientific information on the project.

European Innovation Women’s Award 2018

Women farmers urged to apply for innovation award and submit their applications for Copa’s 2018 European Innovation Award. The theme of this year’s Copa innovation award for women farmers is 'innovative solutions for farming sustainability.
